About me
Hi friend! It's great to see you!
I’m Savannah DeShazo (she/her)—a proud Texas gal through and through. I grew up just outside Dallas/Fort Worth, where life with three older brothers and a younger sister was never dull. From adventurous escapades down by the creek to epic battles over the last chicken wing at dinner, my childhood taught me how to stand my ground and embrace every moment with a smile.
My love for theatre sparked early—thanks to my mom’s obsession with the OBC recording of A Chorus Line. By the age of three, I was belting show tunes from my car seat and hosting nightly performances after dinner (my family- the ever-patient audience). My passion has only grown over the years, leading me to pursue a degree in Musical Theatre with a minor in Arts Administration at Viterbo University. Now, as a senior set to graduate in spring 2025, I’m excited to bring my creativity to every stage and project I touch.
When I’m not on the stage, you’ll probably find me working behind the scenes directing, lost in a captivating book whether reading or writing, and my personal fav rewatching Sex and the City (yes, for the hundredth time). To be honest—sometimes I’m just embracing my inner goofball, fully leaning into life’s lighter moments.
I can’t wait to connect, collaborate, and keep chasing stories that inspire. Thanks for stopping by!
